A young, refreshing and smooth wine. Deep intense ruby in colour, shining and dense. Red fruit clearly stands out in the nose – strawberry and cherry mainly – as well as grape aromas and lactic hints. In the mouth it is smooth, honest and refreshing. Hints of red fruit and strawberry boiled sweets come to the fore. It is velvety, gliding quickly over the palate and finishing on a very elegant note.

Winemaking Process
100% Carbonic maceration. This winemaking technique keeps the grapes whole and uncrushed whilst they ferment at high temperatures (30ºC) in the absence of oxygen.
