A deep plum colour which is very intense. Aromas of very ripe fruit, raisins and a hint of honey. Smooth and sweet on the palate. Flavoursome, elegant, with good acidity levels. A long finish still dominated by the fruit. Long-lasting.

Alcohol is added to the must (with skins) before fermentation starts and the mix is then left in skin contact for at least a month.
